A collaborative approach
Billy has been competing at the highest of levels for many years. A finalist in the Level 4 at the NRHA futurity, Derby and NRBC, Billy set off to compete in the The Run For A Million qualifier held in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Cactus Reining Classic.
